Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine’s doors opened in May of 2001. Ever since we’ve been dedicated to providing comprehensive physical therapy services to the Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh areas.
From the beginning, our goal at Peak Performance has been to help physical therapy patients return to their normal lifestyles as quickly and safely as possible.
Our president and founder, Kari Sturtevant, opened her own physical therapy and sports medicine practice in order to have the time she felt necessary to assist patients in setting and achieving their physical goals. The rest is history.
