I completed my undergraduate education in California; therefore, I have observed and experienced multiple clinics across the country. I completed multiple observation and shadowing hours at Peak Performance for my application to physical therapy school, and I can confidently say that Peak Performance is by far the best clinic I have observed. Not only does every patient get a full appointment of one-on-one time with a physical therapist, but the therapists are also extremely talented, professional, caring, and intelligent. There are multiple physical therapists on staff, which increases appointment availability. The practice model that Peak Performance utilizes truly provides optimal patient care quality and because there is only one clinic location, this mid-sized practice is the best of the best. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anybody seeking physical therapy services.
“Are you looking for your first physical therapist or not happy with your present one? I have done the homework for you. You have come to the right place! Kari and her team at Peak Performance are passionate physical therapists who strive to help you get your life back to normal. My shoulder injury was a very serious one with 21 pins and a plate. With the help from Peak Performance, I have regained 98% normal movement back in my shoulder. Working 20 years for a large company we focused on “The Brand” daily. As I attended my therapy sessions, I listened and watched my surroundings. Kari was my therapist, but her entire team knew my name, knew a little about me and always commented and encouraged my weekly results. Kari and her team have a great facility. I would “Brand” Peak Performance as: Compassionate, Personal, Focused on Positive Results, a clean Facility……that is Peak Performance!”
“Peak Performance easily rates 5/5. I received treatment at Peak for a sports-related injury and was impressed with my care. The therapists worked to get me back into action quickly without compromising my long-term health. Not only did they provide high quality care, but they also demonstrated knowledge and great understanding of my injury and sport. The physical therapists explained the importance of every exercise in my treatment plan. I benefited from my care and felt involved in my own treatment process.”
“I have had more physical therapists (and I come from out of town) than the Chicago Cubs have had losing seasons. I can still hear Molly Van Zeeland in my ear offering up great support and willing me onto better strength and healing. Thank you Molly and Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine for caring so much about my individual needs.”
“Peak Performance is one of a kind when it comes to quality of care. Not only are the therapists highly skilled and qualified, they take the necessary time and effort needed to better their patients, even if it means cutting into their personal free time. This is not a money hungry facility, but one that actually cares and treats patients at a high quality level. Each therapist also has a unique specialization whether it is dry needling, running, pregnancy, etc. I would definitely recommend Peak Performance to anyone looking to get high quality care.”
“Miles Weber did a fabulous job as my physical therapist. His knowledge, keen observation, skills and excellent ability to communicate made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve my goals. He encouraged my questions, took time to explain, and gave me information that made sense and helped me understand my injury as well as the goals of each therapeutic exercise. Miles was plugged in, observing closely, consulting with my surgeon, and asking me questions to continually assess my progress and direct my physical therapy. His patience, feedback, and encouragement helped me stay focused on my goals when I felt discouraged. I am so thankful for the experience I had at Peak Performance, and I am thrilled with the results.”
“On Dec 7, 2004 I fully believed I’d run my last mile…a day that will live in infamy. My orthopedic surgeon said the cartilage in my knees was fine but the tightening of my thighs was impacting my mobility. I remained loyal to your stretching program and reached the point this past summer where I no longer have knee pain! I do not put in the distance I once did, but ran 10 miles this past Saturday and with no ill effects. You have resurrected my life, Kari Sturtevant. I am forever in your debt. Wanna go for a run?”
“We found Peak Performance accommodated us quickly and at times that were convenient for us, whether it was for Donald’s stenosis or Nancy’s therapy after rotator cuff surgery and now for her scoliosis and degenerative disc problem. Kari was enthusiastically recommended by Dr. McKee, Dr. Mejia, and Dr. Revord. We’ve been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. That is why we recommend Peak Performance to friends who require physical therapy services.”
“There’s no doubt about it, she fixed me! Kari’s physical therapy sessions are incredible. There’s ‘good hurt’ and there’s ‘bad hurt,’ she says. And, I’m here to say, a knee in the back from Kari… hurts so good!”
“I’ve been through 3 surgeries on the same knee. This time Dr. Molonge sent me to Peak Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine…I could not be happier. My physical therapist there knows me; has accompanied me on doctor’s appointments; and calls me just to check in on my progress.”
